This is what you will do with us

• Lead the transition to a more cohesive and business-driven product organization
• Develop product strategy and roadmap for established SaaS platforms
• Create clear governance and drive product initiatives focused on scalability and customer benefit
• Clarify market position and business initiatives for different product lines
• Identify and develop common technical components and modular structure
• Work closely with the sales organization to ensure business-oriented product development

Your team and workplace

You will work closely with business area management, technology teams, and sales functions. The assignment entails overall responsibility for the product and technology organization, where you will have the opportunity to shape teams and working methods. The location is in Stockholm, with the possibility of remote work.

More about you

We are looking for someone with documented experience in building and leading product and technology organizations in transition, preferably in a SaaS environment with a B2B focus. You have:

• Previously led transitions to a more cohesive and common structure
• Strong understanding of commercial product management and the role of technology in business
• Experience in product development, preferably with a focus on the public sector
• Experience leading teams with high technical competence
• Experience with public procurement and its regulations is a merit

You have a strategic mindset but are also operationally secure, with the ability to translate business needs into clear product initiatives.
